Duro Tire Roadside Tire Assistance is available 24 hours a day 365 days a year throughout the U.S. Canada and Puerto Rico.  The Duro DP 3000 tires are covered for a period of two years from the data of purchase.  To qualify for this program, customers must contact Duro at 1-866-788-2060 and provide proof of purchase.

This service is for non-accident related incidents only.  Service is not available in areas where state providers are exclusively utilized.  If you have a flat tire, a qualified service provider will be dispatched to replace the flat tire with your inflated spare.  Tire change service is limited to USD $60.00 maximum.  Any amount over this limit must be paid to the service provider when the service is rendered.  If you do not carry an inflated spare and a tow or other service is required, thee services will be provided to you for a fee.
