If you have a claim you would like to file, you can easily access our warranty claim form by clicking the link on the left to download the form. in order to consider your claim for our warranty, please submit a completed warranty claim form along with a copoy fo the unit bill of sale as well as pictures showing the following:
- A photograph of the tire's DOT/Date Code
- A photograph of the problem area on the tire
- A photograph of the tread wear on the tire
